    Powered by the IOCDF, this site walks through some ways to help support kids and teens in school.

    Natasha Daniels / AT Parenting

    Therapist who has consistently shared free content regarding OCD and anxiety disorders, both targeted for kids, teens, and their parents. 

    She also offers paid courses and support opportunities.

  • Aspire and Pandas Network both offer valuable resources for understanding this condition and ways to go about treatment.

    PANS/PANDAS is most often considered when onset of OCD, separation anxiety, or restricted eating is sudden and accompanied by other changes in behavior or functioning.

  • Breaking Free of Child OCD and Anxiety

    Written for parents, includes psychoeducation and structured support for reducing accommodations in a supportive way.

    The website includes more information about the SPACE program and research.

    The Contamination OCD Workbook

    Written by Rich Gallagher, LMFT, and includes both individual and family support ideas for dealing with contamination based OCD. He offers varying strategies and help in differentiating fear, disgust, and sensory based triggers. While written for adults, an older teen may benefit.
